Opening Day Preview

At last-it's here!! The opening day of the 2010 All Time League season.

Here are the matchups for Day 1-with the probable starting pitchers:

American League

Toronto at Boston-Roy "Doc" Halladay goes for Toronto, while Terry Francona gives the ball to Cy Young for the BoSox.

Milwaukee at New York Yankees-The Brewers will go with Mike Caldwell, while the Yankees will go with Waite Hoyt.

Texas at Baltimore-A battle of HOFers as Nolan Ryan and Jim Palmer duke it out.

Cleveland at Anaheim-Bob Feller goes for the Indians while Dean Chance gets the ball for the Angels.

Minnesota at Seattle-The Big Train, Walter Johnson, gets the call for the Twinkies against King Felix Hernandez for the M's.

Chicago White Sox at Detroit-Big Ed Walsh goes to the mound for the Chisox while Denny McLain will pitch for the Tigers.

Kansas City at Tampa-Bret Saberhagen gets the call against Scott Kazmir.

Indianapolis at Oakland-Smokey Joe Williams goes for the ABC's while Lefty Grove takes to the hill for Oakland.

National League

Pitssburgh at Birmingham-The Deacon, Vern Law, gets the opening day call for the Bucs against the Barons Bullet Joe Rogan.

New York Mets at Philadelphia-Tom Terrific Seaver gets the ball for the Amazins, while Pete Alexander goes for the Phils.

Florida at Atlanta-The D Train, Dontrelle Willis, gets the call for the Fish against the Braves' Greg Maddux.

Washington at Cincinnati-Steve Rogers goes for the Nats while Jack Billingham gets the honors for the Reds.

San Diego at Los Angeles-One throws junk, the other heat-also know as Randy Jones vs. Sandy Koufax.

Arizona at San Francisco-The Big Unit, Randy Johnson, pitches for the Snakes against the Big Six, Christy Mathewson.

Chicago at Colorado-Ferguson Jenkins pitches for the Cubs against Ubaldo Jiminez for the Rockies.

St. Louis at Houston-Bob Gibson pitches for the Cards against the Astros' Larry Dierker.
